WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Randy Orton will have to scrap their original game plans for Extreme Rules’ previously announced title contest and start anew, thanks to two huge stipulations hand-selected by the champion and challenger.Each given the opportunity to pick the stipulations, Rollins declared the RKO will be banned on April 26, while The Viper chose to place the match inside the barbaric confines of a steel cage.

Both Superstars had similar reasons for picking their stipulations.
